FLU VACCINATION CLINICS AT THE SURGERY
It's flu season time again. If you are aged 65 or over (or will be 65 by 31st March 2018), in a clinical At Risk Group, pregnant, a carer or a child aged 2 or 3 on 31st August 2017 you are eligible for a free flu vaccination at the surgery. For further details look under the Services tab above, then click on Clinics and Services.
Change to Open Access Clinic
Following patient feedback, from 5th April 2017 we are making the open access clinic also bookable on the day. To book an appointment at a set time, you will be able to, from 8am, either book in person (as before), book on-line or book by phone. There will be a set number of appointments available each morning. Once these have been allocated there will be no further appointments that morning and you will need to wait until 8am the following weekday morning to book the next available open access clinic appointment. This is a trial of a new system in order to try and reduce waiting times in the Open Access Clinic. Any feedback once the trial is underway will be welcomed by the Reception Manager. If you are not registered yet to use online patient services ("Patient Access ") please ask at Reception and they will provide you with the details.
