If you had your first COVID vaccination dose at Community House in Bromley, you will be offered your second vaccination dose here at London Lane Clinic. Your second dose has been reserved for you. The vaccine you will be given will be the same as the first dose. We will contact you in due course and an appointment will be made for you to have your second dose. You will not be forgotten, you will be contacted.
Please help us and do not contact the practice or other NHS services to get your second appointment. Your support is appreciated to keep phone lines open for people who need to make appointments for other health matters.
When attending London Lane Clinic for your Covid vaccination, please note that the car park is CLOSED except for disabled patients, Emergency vehicles, deliveries and staff. There is parking on London Lane and Warner Road. Taxis can drop off on site but they cannot wait on site.
For further information and guidance, please see the COVID-19 section in NEWS
The London Lane Clinic is an NHS general practice based in the north of Bromley in Kent. If you are a registered patient seeking clinical advice, please use the e-consult online consultation service (the blue box above), which may avoid a visit to the surgery.
For the duration of the coronavirus pandemic the surgery is open, but our usual appointments system has been changed to try to avoid the spread of coronavirus: if you think you need to see a doctor you need to complete a confidential on-line consultation. If a doctor then decides you need to be seen face-to-face, you will be invited in to the surgery. Alternatively, you may receive a telephone call or an e-mailed response.
If you are unable to access or use the internet, you may telephone the surgery instead on 0208 460 2661.
To register for online services, which currently allow you to request repeat prescriptions, send on-line messages to the surgery and view your records online, please ask for details from reception. However, it will not be possible to book appointments using this on-line service during the coronavirus pandemic.
On-line consultations and telephone consultations will take place during these times
